2. Services

ERA Group provides the following services across Delhi NCR:

• Farmhouse Rentals: fully decorated farmhouses for parties, weddings, corporate events, and private gatherings.
• Event Planning: end-to-end coordination including décor, catering, lighting, and logistics for all occasions.
• Property Deals: assistance with buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.

3. Bookings & Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

Bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement and advance payment as communicated by our team. A booking is considered final only after written confirmation from ERA Group.

3.2 Pricing

All prices listed on our website are indicative and subject to change without prior notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on guest count, date, duration, and specific requirements.

3.3 Payment

An advance deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance payment is due as per the agreed schedule. Payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and cash.

3.4 Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: full refund of deposit (minus processing fees).
• Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% refund of deposit.
• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event: no refund.
• ERA Group reserves the right to cancel or reschedule in case of unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.) with a full refund or alternate date.

4. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during booking or enquiry.
• Use the premises responsibly and comply with all property rules.
• Not engage in illegal activities on our premises.
• Indemnify ERA Group against any damage caused by you or your guests to the property or its belongings.
• Supervise children and ensure guest safety at all times.

5. Property Listings

Property details listed on our website (including farmhouse specifications, images, pricing, and availability) are provided in good faith. While we strive for accuracy, we recommend verifying all details directly with our team before making decisions. ERA Group acts as a facilitator and does not guarantee the accuracy of third-party property listings.

6. Limitation of Liability

ERA Group shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
• Loss or damage to personal belongings on the premises.
• Injuries or accidents occurring during events or property visits.
• Service interruptions due to force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of ERA Group unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
